The bill (Reg. No. 2012a) suggests lay the spending units of state and local budgets, economic entities of state and communal properties, mandatory social security funds and pension foundation authorities under obligation to quarterly declare, on the special single web portal, the data regarding the use of public funds, information on the planned and actual use of public funds, etc.
The bill also contains the norm according to which the single web portal for the use of public funds, which is the official state source of information in the Internet, should be created for the public disclosure of the above-mentioned information.
As it was mentioned, the document aims at fixing modern standards of cooperation between the state and civil society of the EU countries at the legislative level in Ukraine. It was emphasized that this would also help Ukraine’s integration to the EU.
